You agree to let Salinas PC Repair, to fix your computer. Salinas PC Repair will only perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. Salinas PC Repair will conduct honest, reasonable and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Computer Service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer cannot be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded. Examples: Age of PC, repair/replacement parts obsolete (RAM, Motherboards, etc.)
The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted.

You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. Salinas PC Repair will not be responsible for data loss nor will Salinas PC Repair be responsible for restoring lost data.

You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other necessary software on your computer to perform required services. All software will be deleted or uninstalled upon completion of the service (unless it was purchased).
All Remote Repair services are subject to the terms of this agreement.


Billing Terms

Computer services/repairs are billed as stated on the service order or invoice provided.

There is a minimum charge of $60.00 for any house call made or any service performed with an initial charged at $80.00 the first hour. There is a minimum charge of $80.00 for any house call made or any service performed with an initial charged at $100.00 for the first hour of any services performed after business hours and on holidays.  

Not all services can be completed on site and therefore, must be completed at our office, satellite offices and or home offices.

Per request, an estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.

In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation beyond the above-estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact the customer and inform the consumer of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at that estimate limit.  In the case that you cannot be reached, work will be suspended until contact is established. Once you are reached; Salinas PC Repair will honor your decision to continue or stop.

All services/repairs are subject to California State Sales Tax.



Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrades, or otherwise, repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).
Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer; not damage it.

In the case of accidental damage to your system, including data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as a virus, poorly configured software, hardware problems or hardware failures; You agree not to hold Salinas PC Repair responsible to any of these pre-existing problems.

It is your responsibility to backup your data. Salians PC Repair will not be responsible for data loss or any other damages. (see 1.4 above).



Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.

All Services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.


Repairs & Service Guarantee

All services and repairs are guaranteed for 15 days from the date on the invoice or the Service Order.

If later found that the technician incorrectly diagnosed the service or repair; then Salinas PC Repair will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. Only parts will be charged if needed to correct the problem.



Client agrees to indemnify and hold Salinas PC Repair harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, and or fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Salinas PC Repair.



Salinas PC Repair offers free estimates.


Abandoned Property / Storage

Customer agrees to pick-up computer and pays for services rendered within thirty (14) days of service completion.  If the computer is not picked up within thirty (14) days, a storage fee of $1 per day will be charged in addition to the original fee.

Equipment left behind, without returning our phone calls, voice-mail messages, emails and not picked up or paid for after 90 days will be considered abandoned by state law.  Hardware or material in the repair will be removed from your equipment.

If the computer is not picked up within ninety (90) days, it will be considered abandoned, according to California state law, and equipment will become the property of Salinas PC Repair and will be sold or recycled to recover damages and non-payment.


Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire consent of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.


Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
