Remote Support

Salinas PC Repair provides Remote Support, and when instructed, please click on one of the buttons below "Windows" or "Mac OSX" to download and install the remote access software TeamViewer for your operating system.

Remote Sessions can only occur by providing our technicians with the TeamViewer ID # and the password. Every session will use a different password so that no can connect to your computer without your authorization and the new password. You have full control of the Remote Session and have the ability to end the Remote Session at any time.  


Do it yourself support

If you are experiencing computer system degradation due to slow application processing,  slow loading websites or website redirects to other websites, Shutdown or Boot up take a long time than normal. It is possible that your computer system may require maintenance or may be infected with viruses, malware, or other sorts of threat that is impacting the system. 

 

If you initially would like to DIY, our recommendation is to install a free Anti-Virus program and scan the computer system. Upon completion of scan and virus identified, contact Salinas PC Repair for a complete virus removal.

Click on the Button titled "NINTE" below, and select the required program to install on your computer system and perform a system scan.
